Returns, Cancellations & Replacements
Here at Glassbottles.co.uk we try our best to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, however due to the nature of the product, we accept that sometimes damages happen. If you would like to return your order, or your shipment is damaged, please call our helpful sales team on 0161 359 5572 If there are individual items broken we will offer you a refund proportionate to the value of your order or send extra items on your next order to replace the broken items. We advise all customers to contact us within 7 days of delivery if there are any problems with orders whether it be damaged or missing items or any other issues. If you have any questions our Sales Team will be able to discuss them with you.
Ordered the wrong item? Too many? Too Big or Small, just not what you had in mind. Just give us a call within 7 days of delivery. We are happy for them to be returned in their original packaging and at your own expense. There will be a 10% handling charge (this is to cover the cost of inspection to ensure goods are in a saleable condition and returned to our stock).
Please do not return any items without filling in the return request form in your “my account” area. You can initiate a return by viewing “your orders” and clicking the “Request Warranty” button shown in that Order. You can then select which product from that order you would like to return. If you do not see the “Request Warranty” button it may be that the order is older than 28 days.
Shipping, Delivery & Collections
Our Intention is to supply all orders in line with current legislation within 30 days, However we do try to fulfil all orders within 3 – 5 working days from stock. As described within our Terms and Conditions every reasonable effort will be made to contact you should the delivery date be in excess of 5 days. Glassbottles.co.uk accepts No liability for any loss or damages caused from late delivery of any order. Customers can call and discuss specific delivery requirements and short notice orders and every effort will be made to accommodate individual and unique circumstances. However, we cannot be held liable for any costs or damages which result from any failure in meeting any agreed delivery circumstances.
If you place an order for collection with Glass Bottles, our customer service team will email you when the order is ready. Please ensure you do not attempt to collect until our email confirms your order is ready. Orders for collection follow the same packing times as courier deliveries and will not be ready for collection immediately. Christmas & New Year Closure
Our offices and warehouse will be closed from Monday 23rd December at 12 pm until Thursday 2nd January 2020. Our last date of dispatch is Thursday 19th December. All orders placed after this date will be processed in the first week of January.
